In a society that didn’t favour women much, Mrs. Geethanjali Sasikumar, Founder & CEO of OlogyWomen & OlogyGirls, realised early on that ‘born to win’ wasn’t an adage meant for girl children. She understood that a systematic shift was needed at all levels - knowledge, mindset and skills – for girls to unearth their full potential. And she also knew this wasn’t something that could be solved in a short time. She reckoned young girls must unlearn societal conditioning, learn from the best resources and have a well-meaning support system. Thus was born OlogyGirls in 2019!
